Rehabilitation Program

• Solution-focused training with a view to desensitizing extreme anxiousness and/or reactive traits by identifying the underlying cause of the problem

• Provides owners with the roadmap to a successful future with their dog

• Behavior modification is to be agreed upon prior to the course starting

  Inclusions:

• Reestablish and refresh fundamental obedience by building trust, bond and confidence with your dog

• Commands & exercises tailored to the needs of the desensitizing process

• Evaluation and suggestions based on environmental triggers and lifestyle

• Specific focus on unwanted behaviors, setting you up for future success

  Behavior Modification and Targeted Inclusions:

• Separation Anxiety

• Extreme nervousness

• Reactivity to

  • Dogs

  • People

  • Vehicles

  • Noises

  • Lights

  • Other animals

• Resource Guarding (growling, baring of teeth, dipping of the head, ‘freezing’)

• Obsessive/neurotic behaviors - staring and/or chasing lights, shadows or fast-moving items,

  running compulsively or frantically rubbing against surfaces

• Extremely poor recall (life-threatening)

• Extreme pulling on the leash

• Destructive behavior in the home
